Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. The seller is Voltshelf; the company details are shown at the foot of every page.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and have a customer account to place an order.
2. Products and prices
Product pages show the price and current stock. Prices are set in euro. If you choose US dollars, the dollar price is converted from the euro price at the European Central Bank's daily reference rate and rounded to the cent. Prices and the exchange rate are checked again when you place the order: if the total has changed since it was shown, no order is placed and you are shown the new total before you confirm. If you use a promo code, its discount applies to the whole cart and is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Placing an order
Your order is made when you press Place order and the payment is confirmed by our payment provider. The products are reserved for you while the payment is in progress; if the payment is declined or cancelled, no order is placed and the products are released.
4. Payment
Payment is by card on the secure page of our payment provider. You are charged the total shown at checkout, in the currency shown. We never see or store your card number.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the address you give at checkout. Please check it before you place the order.
6. Right to cancel and returns
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. How to return a product and when you are refunded is explained in Returns and refunds.
7. Guarantee
Every product carries the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. If a product is faulty, contact us at support@voltshelf.shop and we will repair, replace or refund it.
8. Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You can reset it at any time with Forgot password. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy notice.
9. Contact and complaints
Write to support@voltshelf.shop. We reply within 2 working days.
