Privacy notice
This notice explains what Voltshelf stores about you, why, who else receives it and how long it is kept. The company details are shown at the foot of every page.
What we store
- Your account: email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Your orders: name, email, phone number, delivery address and country, the products, prices, currency and exchange rate, and the payment status reported by our payment provider.
- We do not store card numbers; they are entered only on our payment provider's page.
Why
To create your account, take payment, deliver your order, handle returns and meet our accounting duties.
Who else receives it
- Our payment provider receives your name, email, phone, billing address, the amount and your IP address, to take the payment.
- Our hosting and email providers store the website data and send our emails, such as password reset links.
We do not sell your data and do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Cookies and storage on your device
- Store.Admin: keeps you signed in. Needed for the site to work.
- Store.Csrf: protects forms against misuse. Needed for the site to work.
- currency: remembers whether you chose euro or US dollars, for one year.
- Your cart is saved in your browser's storage on this device, not on our servers, until you order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 6 years for accounting. If you ask us to delete your account, we do so within 30 days, keeping only the order records we must keep.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to support@voltshelf.shop. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
