Returns and refunds

You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

How to return a product

1. Email support@voltshelf.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the products you are returning.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Send the products back within 14 days of telling us, in their original packaging if you still have it.

Refunds

We refund the price you paid within 14 days of receiving the products back, to the card you paid with and in the currency you paid in.

Return postage

You pay the cost of sending a product back, unless it is faulty or not what you ordered.

Faulty products

Every product carries the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. Tell us at support@voltshelf.shop what is wrong; we repair, replace or refund it and cover the postage.
